Proposed line commences by a junction with the LBSC Railway at Groombridge Junction Station, and runs in a south-west direction via Groombridge to a terminus on the Wych Cross to Maresfield Road at Nutley. Parishes: Withyham, Rotherfield, Buxted, and Maresfield. Places not named on map; crosses LBSC Brighton Uckfield and Tunbridge Wells Branch at the Withyham/Rotherfield boundary. A rifle range is shown in Buxted. OS map shows location. Book of reference giving landowners and occupiers. Copy of the order of the Light Railway Commissioners for construction of the railway. |
