Description:

A brief account, in the hand of Jenny Maude, of the early years of the relationship between her parents, Jenny Lind and Otto Goldschmidt. The pages were written at 'Wynd's Point' (family house in the Malvern Hills, where Jenny Lind died), and are dated 16 October, 1892. The file includes a newspaper cutting from the Boston Transcript (6 February, [1852]) announcing Lind's marriage to Goldschmidt (on 5 February).
