Property of Robert Seall: a. Two messuages and tenements in Hurdley, late in tenures of Thomas Purcell and Sophia Bowen, now of Edward Millward.

 

b. Water corn mill in Hurdley and premises in Hurdley, Hyssington, Symonds Castle and Churchstocke, in tenure of Edward Millward by 99 year lease at £20 p.a.

 

c. Messuage and tenement in Llanerchydall in same county, in possession of Samuel Pryce, tyler, wherein Margaret Seall, widdow, mother of Robert Seall, hath an estate for her life.

 

Property of Anne Seall: a. Messuage and tenement in town of Poole, wherein (1) now inhabit "together with the kill there lately built".

 

b. Two other messuages and tenements in same town in several occupations of Edward Green and Alice Llewelin.

 

c. Parcel of meadow ground called Gwaith y Trowyr mawre in Gyngrog Vechan, co. Mont., in a meadow there called Dole y klivion.

 

d. Parcel of arable land, pasture and wood in Gyngrog vechan called Bron y vylfford.

 

e. Parcel of pasture in township of Welchtowne, same co., called y kynant gwyn.

 

Uses: n.b. Estates of husband and wife treated separately.

 

Recital: Marriage Articles, 7 Dec. 1681, between John Seale, gent., (father of Robert Seale) and Anne Seale (then Higgins); death of John Seale without completing settlement.
