Edward Crispin of the same, husbandman and Edward Wakeham of Widecombe, yeoman

 

Houses, rooms, parts and parcels of land, viz. the spence the chamber over the porch, the chamber over the entry, half of the shippen at the north end thereof, half of the barn at the north end the close called the Hayes, the close lying next about the Hayes and 1/5 part of the commons belonging to Puttisham. Also 2 closes called Broadparkes and one meadow lying beneath the tenement called Higher Puttisham. (Putsham).

 

Consideration: indemnifying John Crispin the younger against certain bonds (specified) into which he had entered with various persons.
