The trust was set up by the marriage settlement of Zebulon, then of Etchingham farmer and Elizabeth Collins of Winchelsea, 10 Feb 1772. Also includes two copies of the court roll for Hammerden Manor relating to the Hams (12a) in Ticehurst, 1772-1773, and acknowledgement of receipt of bond by Elizabeth Collins, Dec 1785
