Title: LETTER from Pansy, [Lady Digby, sister-in-law of 5th Lord Bridgeman, son of W.C.B.'s cousin] Government House, Melbourne, Australia, to Billy [W.C.B.].
Description:

She says she writes a short note as she will not be able to write for a while as she and K [her husband] are off to New Zealand.

K will do a lot of fishing while Pansy will travel around with Mrs. Lawrence Broderick and her daughters who came out with Pansy and K as they were friends of the Forsters, [Governor General, and K or 11th Baron Digby is his A.D.C.].

Pansy goes on to say that they have made some wonderful trips in Australia; to the Blue Mountains, to Mount Buffalo.

She likes Sydney. She says they are moving into their own house in the grounds of Government House, which will be nice despite the Forsters being very charming. She says her baby [Shiela] is doing well saying "Dad-Dad" to everyone.

She says the weather is wonderful allowing her to stay in the water for 1½ hours.
