Devise of copyhold messuage or tenement, barn, garden, hovel, 2 outhouses and 12 acres of land at Albourne Green in Albourne called Cutbeards, holden of the Manor of Bishopshurst, rent 3s. to youngest son Richard King, charged with the payment of £60 to William King, eldest son of testatrix and to daughter Jenny, wife of Arthur Longhurst of Ifield, blacksmith
