Title: Letter from Mary Watson-Wentworth, Marchioness of Rockingham (wife of the first Marquis), to Rockingham
Description:

Approves of some 'civillity' Rockingham proposes to perform to a person of importance [unnamed] and his son. Discusses the will of Mr Hill, lately deceased. 4 pages. (Former ref: R1-29).

Note: the 'civility' would appear to be the offer of the borough of Higham Ferrars to Lord Chancellor Hardwicke's son. The Mr Hill mentioned is no doubt the John Hill who previously represented the borough
