Title: Memorandum of proceedings at Sessions.
Description:

A Sessions and a Grand Jury to be summoned to be apud civitatem Wigorn at the Guildhall here die Mercur 11 Sept. next by 8 o'clock mane.

 

The Under Sheriff to return the same who served on the Grand Jury in April last and to take special care that those who appeared on the Jury have personal summons.

 

Bring or send me a copy of the panel of the Grand Jury.

 

Be sure to have freeholders enough in place to serve for a Peti Jury if there be cause. Those freeholders to be of some neighbouring township to the township particularly named and not of those townships.

 

These townships and parishes following to be served with Sessions process to appear 11th Sept. upon the indictments against them.

7. Powick. Thomas Bromley Mil.

 

8. Wick Epi.

 

9. Warndon Smite Tollardine.

 

10. Hindlip. Richard Wolley Roger Heminge.

 

11. Tibberton.

 

12. Kenswick. Giles Blount.

 

13. Spechley.

 

14. Martin Hussingtree.

 

15. Wolverton Magna et Parva. Thomas Acton.

 

16. Cotheridge.

 

17. Warndon.

 

18. Himbleton.

 

19. Oddingley.

 

20. Crowle Huddington.

 

Some understanding particular men from the several places super described and set down in writing or to bring to you or me or some Justice who will at the Sessions or some time before see the particular ways which are in decay in the several parishes and townships super.

 

Friday 13th Sept. and on any Wednesday and Friday after until Michaelmas to meet for these Sessions.
