Thomas Hallewey, burgess, to Joan Clowde, lately wife of John Clowde sometime burgess:

 

13s. 4d. sterling yearly rent from the same ten., between the tens. of Thomas Wodeville and John Rodney, Esquires, on S.; Hardyngeslane on N.; the ten. of the Priory of Bath on E.; and the tens. of the Priory of Maiden' Bradeley and John Clyve on W.

 

For Joan's life. Payable at [the usual quarter-days]. Feoffee's right to enter, distrain and repossess for a month's arrears. Note of alternate sealing and of mayoralty seal. Warranty for term.
