Description:

The Licensing Act of 1902 (2 Edw 7 c 28) provided that no alteration to any licensed premises, which gave increased facilities for drinking, or concealed from observation any part of the premises used for drinking or which affected the communication with other premises, street, or public way, should be made without the consent of the licensing justices assembled either at the general annual licensing meeting or at special sessions under section 4 of the Alehouse Act 1828 (9 Geo 4 c 61).

The plans have been listed in original reference number order, four unnumbered ones being added at the end of the series. There are gaps particularly before no 330. An asterisk indicates new building.
