Description:

Whereby, after reciting a lease dated 4th November, 1606 by Sir John Malett and others to Gawen Harrison of Donnington, yeoman, of a messuage and 9 acres in Donnington in the tenure of Joane Budd which premises were vested in Robert Barton on his marriage with Agnes Harrison. By the present deed (1) assigns to (2) - for £191 - all of the above premises occupied by Robert Burrell in Donnington to hold for the residue of the term of 1000 years. Signatures: Robert Barton (MK), David Hammon, and seals. Witnesses: Barnard Harmewood (MK), Tho. Wright, Tho. Boniface, Edw. Fryer, Peter Carton, I Francis (MK).
