Agreement of exchange made between 1. James Shuttleworth and 2. Reverend John Rolleston, Thomas Hickinbotham churchwarden and John Prior overseer of the poor of Aston and also surviving trustee of a charity of the will of Samuel Mather late of Aston, by which 1. agrees to give 2. and their successors as rectors, churchwardens and overseers of Aston, for the use of the poor of Aston, parcel of ground to be set out in the fields of Aston of annual value 35s, which 1. will fence in at his own expense, for which 2. will grant to 1. all their rights in cottage in Aston with outbuildings, orchard and garden belonging in the tenure of John Clark shoemaker and 1. and 2. mutually request commissioners appointed for inclosing the common fields, meadows, pastures and waste grounds in township of Aston to agree to this exchange by allotting the parcel of land out of 1.'s property to purpose above and inserting this exchange in their award.
