1. Ellis Curwood of Uffculme, gent., and Elizabeth Mary Curwood, his wife

 

2. Charles Williams of Uffculme, gent.

 

Premises: Orchard, garden and meadow close measuring about 2a., part of an overland tenement commonly called Green's Ground, in the parish of Uffculme; also the linhay, and those three new brick dwelling-houses and outbuildings lately erected on a part of the meadow close, and now occupied by Ellis Curwood, John Wyatt and John Dunn Skinner.

 

Recites indenture of 1852 under which Elizabeth Mary Curwood is tenant in tail in possession of abovenamed premises
