Date: 1944-1953
History: In 1944 the Air Defence Research and Development Establishment was renamed the Radar Research and Development Establishment. It came under the control of the Ministry of Supply. In 1953 it merged with the Telecommunications Research Establishment to form the Radar Research Establishment.
