Commissions for the appraisement for ships captured in the Second and Third Anglo-Dutch Wars, with a label 'The writhings in these 5 Bundles tied together concerning Prize Commissions in the War beginning 1664 and were left by Sir L Jenkings [Sir Leoline Jenkins] to Mr Redford'. Also some interrogatories and examinations of crew. (Described at item level). Papers relating to the Third Anglo-Dutch War are being re-sorted into ship files (as from 2023) and are currently not available. |
