Lease from the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Stratford-upon-Avon, to Michael Johnson of the same, mercer, of an arable meadow in the precincts of Bridgtowne, in the occupation of the said Michael, for 21 years for £100 in hand a yearly rent of 20 shillings and a couple of capons to the Mayor on 1 January.
