In his last willand testament of 1618, Richard Holland left a plot of land and a house for the maintenance of a minister at Denton Chapel. Robert Hyde, the defendant in the case, minister of Denton Chapel leased some of this land, hence Edward Holland, on behalf of Richard Holland, has brought up a case against him
