Of piece of land called Westbrooks Butt, p. Shalfleet, I.W., 1a. 2r. 0p., Tithe No. JER/HBY/691. Partly recites will of late William Westbrook of Beaulieu, merchant, dated 26 September 1746, devising residue of property to trustees to be sold and proceeds divided between six sons, William, junior, John, Charles, James, Stephen and George.
