Partly recites will of late William Westbrook of Beaulieu, merchant, dated 26 September 1746, devising residue of property to trustees to be sold and proceeds divided between six sons, William, junior, John, Charles, James, Stephen and George. Further recites deaths of William, junior, 4 February 1854, Charles, 4 September 1853 and John, 27th February 1855
