Examinations and depositions: Examination of Thomas Poulton, senr, Clipson, Eggington. David Ellingham and several other persons came to his house after he had gone to bed and were "noisy and troublesome". About 1 a.m. they threw stones at the door. Thomas Poulton jnr, said that David Ellingham came to his window and told him "he would knock his brains out" and threw stones at him. (see 197) Also examination of Ann Poulton. |
