Assignment of annuity of £100, part of annuity bequeathed by Thomas Pertridge first husband of said Katherine, chargeable on his personal estate in Jamaica, in trust to pay surplus, after annuity of £67 - 10s. to said D. Jobson had been deducted, to said Katherine.
