To make good contract of 6 October 1682 to grant the lessee a lease of the premises lately fallen into the lord's hands by the depth of William Harris.

Premises: Wester Norden containing 26 acres [also said to contain 27 acres], formerly parcel of Norton barton, now in the tenure of Bevill Bastard, to hold from the date of the contract.

Lives: lessee, daughters Johana and Alice.

Rent £3, heriot best beast or £3, to plant 3 oaks, ash or elm trees annually or forfeit 3s. 4d. for every tree.
