Capital messuage with appurtenances, in Barnbie, lately in the tenure of Thomas Pasley, and now in the tenure of Robert Fawley, together with all buildings and lands belonging, to be to the use of Edith Oxley for life, then to the use of William Brooke, and his heirs.
