From (a) George Farley of Slinfold, blacksmith, and Anne, his wife, John Jenden of Horsham, cordwinder, and Elizabeth, his wife, to (b) John Ayling of Wootton, co. Surrey yeo., Ralph Longhurst of Slinfold, yeo., and William Ansell of Horsham, cordwinder

 

I. Tenement, barn, garden, orchard and 4a. called Shopfield, parcel of lands called Blonkmers or Park Lands in Slinfold, late in occ. of William Garton now in occ. of George Farley, purchased by him from John Garton, and Martha, his wife, and by said John Ayling from him

 

II. Tenement, garden, orchard and backside, 26 ft., in breadth from the wall of the tenement to the S., and 74 ft. from Queen's highway leading from Billingshurst to London (1¾a.), parcel of said land called Blackmen or Ponke Lands, in Slinfold, in occ. of Ralph Longhurst and purchased by him from said George Farley

 

III. Tenement and lands called the Feathers in North Street Horsham, late in occ. of John Killike dec'd., now in occ. of John Jenden, formerly the estate of Mary Clarke, widow dec'd

 

I. to the use of said John Ayling; II. to the use of said Ralph Longhurst; and III to the use of said John Jenden
