(i) Conveys to (ii) Hinckley, Desford, Shulton, Barne Parke, Tholowe Park (or Tooley Park), Leicester Frith, Birdsnest Lodge within the Frith, Hetheley (or Hethelward), Beaumont woods (or Beaumont Leys) adjoining the Frith, the Little Waste and Lady's Waste, and parcels of land in Shulton, and Bardon Park.

 

(ii) Conveys to (i) the manors of Grafton, Hartwell, Paulispury, Quenton, Ashton, Horton, Bugbroke, Northampton, Meresley, Cosgrave, Yardley, Croke and Cheycotton in Northamptonshire, and Woodham Ferrers in Essex.
