The boundary running from the stream which falls into Barton water between the house of the said Ralph and the boundary of Newsham, thence to the old ditch, and onto the syke which falls from the cross, thence to the great water, to the Earls way and down either side of the water as far as the Barton boundary extends; saving to (1) his mill, honey and his hawks.
