Covert (N & W), Chichester-Pagham lane (S), Runcton-Drayton lane (E); a croft lying in the Mill Stream, T. Woodyer (E), T. Young (S) R. Hartley (W), Runcton Common (N). Also a messuage with a close of ½a. (N); and a close of 2½a., T. Bowyer (E & W), T. Ayling (S); part of Northmundham Marsh, and a moiety of a messuage in St. Olaves, Chichester. All in Northmundham
