4 September 1 Anne, 1702 (i) William Knapton the elder of Week in the parish of Christchurch, esquire; and William Knapton the younger, eldest son and heir of William Knapton the elder (ii) Edward Snook of Batramsly, parish of Boldre, yeoman (iii) John Therle of Milford, yeoman Messuage with 8a. land called Coleharbour in Roydon manor; these premises are subject to an estate in being by 2 leases for 99 years determinable on the death of Ezra Moore and two of (ii)'s sons; also piece of meadow and coppice ground (2a.) in Brockenhurst bounded by the river on the east; also 4a. in Roydon west common bounded by Sandy Down on the south and the common on the north and west; and common of pasture for 2 pigs on Roydon Common, and 6 sheep and 2 kine, and liberty to cut 2000 turves from Roydon common; on these premises there is an estate in being by lease for the lives of Robert Woods and Richard Payne; and all tithes from the premises |
