Description:

Gift with warranty from William son of Philip Jones of Kyngeshull' to William de Braundon' of the same of one messuage with appurtenances in Kyngeshull' with a curtilage adjacent and one half virgate of arable land in the fields of Kyngeshull' with meadows, headlands and other appurtenances; which messuage lies in the town of Kyngeshull' between the tenement of the said William son of Philip Jones and the tenement of Henry Sever; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee.

 

Witnesses: Richard del Cloude, William Halleys, Thomas de Fynham, John de Solihull', Adam Sever and others.

 

Dated at Kyngeshull', Monday next after the feast of St. Nicholas the Bishop, 26 Edward III.
