(1) Henry Plunkett of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, esq., and Ann, his wife, Henrietta Newcombe of same, spinster, (2) John Hyde of Hyde End, Brimpton, Berkshire, (3) Joshua Smith of St. George Street, Westminster, Middlesex, esq.

 

Tenement, barn, etc., on left side of Blind Lane in Ballywardine, parish of St. Peter and St. Paul, Marlborough.

 

Consideration: 10/- to (1) from (3) (by direction of (2)). Premises to (3) subject to uses of settlement of 1777. (1) to levy a fine to (3) of premises to use of (2), to uses and trusts of 1777.
