Indenture between (1) James Perkins of Winkton in the parish of Christchurch Twymham [Christchurch], Hants., esq., son of Edward Perkins late of Athelhempston [Athelhampton], Dorset, esq., deceased, and Martha his wife, (2) Sir John Webb of Canford Magna, Dorset, bert., executor of the said Edward Perkins, (3) James Coffin of Christchurch Twymham, gent., (4) John How of Lymington, Hants., apothecary, and Adeliza his wife, daughter of Ralph Hastings formerly of Morth Hinton [Hinton St. Michael] in the parish of Christchurch Twymham, esq., deceased, and (5) Paul Burrard of Wallhampton [Walhampton]in the parish of Boldre, Hants., esq., and Robert Knapton of Lymington, gent., being a release for life of small tithes arising from six farms with lands and appurtenances in the parish of Milton, Hants. Consideration: £300 - 8 - 7½d, and 5s.
