Lease and release of a capital messuage in Betton and Alkmere, several messuages in Upper and Lower Edgebold in Meole Brace, several dwellings, shops, warehouses, and vaults, with land in Shrewsbury (tenants Thomas Preslan Thomas Davies, Charles Burley, John Benion, Ralph Wood, John Cotton, Richard Wolley and Mrs Rushton widow) in trust for heirs of Jonathan Scott or in default for Richard, eldest son of Richard Scott of Shrewsbury and Elizabeth his wife or Jonathan 2nd son or Benjamin 3rd son of same.
