Description:

Transmits copies of indictments and judges notes of evidence in the case of three prisoners who were tried at the Court of Grand Sessions held in December 1834 and February 1835, and sentenced, one to transportaton for life and the other two to transportation for seven years; three men were called Pedro Beero, Frank [no second name given], and Ben [no second name given]; reports they will be sent to Australia; Ben was an 'apprenticed labourer' on the River Antoine Estate in the parish of St Patricks and was tried for stealing certain articles; Frank was an 'apprenticed labourer' on Beaulieu Estate in the parish of St George and was tried for stealing; Pedro Beero was a labourer in the parish of St George who was tried for stealing a heifer.
