Subject Matter: Draft letter enclosing the sanction for the borrowing the sum of £1900 on the security of the Special District Rates for the execution of the works for deodorising the town sewage. It is advised that for reasons stated in the enclosed report [not included in item] by the Superintending Inspector, that the President cannot sanction a loan for the intercepting sewer until the information required is procured. |
