Description: |
Petition of George Shepherd. He asks for payment of boomage and wharfage rented from the Corporation of Lymington. The Portsmouth Officers have not paid him despite a certificate from Mr Sutherland, which shows that payment has not been demanded but is due for timber laid on the Corporation ground and for the boomage of the King's timber hoy. |
