Deed of sale by Edmonde Lambert of Barton in Henmarche, yeoman, and Joan his wife, to Robert Webbe of Snytterfield, yeoman, for £40, of all title-deeds, evidences, etc. of three messuages etc. in Snytterfield, late the property of Robert Arden, father of the said Joan, and their right in which they had released to the said Robert Webbe by deed of the same date; with declaration that they owned one moiety of the fee-simple, covenants to assure by fine or otherwise.
