[ ]), of Lettice Whitley of Chester, widow, one of the daughters and co-heirs of Sir Francis Gamul, Bt., decd., ---- Tenement called Parkfeilds Tenement in AUDLEM to James Peake, clerk (husband of her niece Frances Peake); a tenement called Meblock Tenement in AUDLEM to her niece Christian Kelsall; 2 closes called the Gunmoores in BUERTON to her niece Mary Bostock; a messuage or dwelling house on the East side of Bridge Street wherein she now dwells with the shop of cellar underneath to her nephew Robert Brerewood; a parcel of land called the Stubbs Hey near or adjoining Wrexham Lane within the Liberties of CHESTER to Thomas Brookes esq., (son & heir of Sir Richard Brookes of Norton, Bt.) In Trust for the Blue Coat School, CHESTER; her late husband's (Ralph Whitley, esq.) messuage in Pepper Street, CHESTER, to her nephew Robert Brerewood to pay off her late husband's debts; her butts of land in HANDBRIDGE and CLAVERTON to her niece Lettice Brerewood; her one-fifth part of houses and grounds in ST. MARY'S, CHESTER, and her tenements called the Meyrs Tenement in BUERTON, and all other her lands, rents and hereditaments in CHESTER and CHESHIRE to Thomas Brookes, esq., In Trust to sell or mortgage the same to pay her debts and legacies (the last are set out).
