From: Mgr Mark Husse, chaplain of the Burley chantry in Charing To: Thomas Bourchier, cardinal priest of St Cyriac in Thermis, archbishop of Canterbury and papal legate Of the chaplaincy of the Burley chantry. Made in the dwelling house of John Reed, notary public, in 'Wylane' in St Faith's parish, London. Notarial attestation and sign of John Reed, clerk, of Lincoln diocese, notary public, who wrote the document. Endorsed with note that the document was exhibited in Canterbury Cathedral on 6 Apr 1486.
