Recites transfer of assignment made between Thomas Tucket and Patience his wife, of the first part, Lawrence Williams, Margaret his wife, John Carbin, Patience his wife and John Tresidder and Johanna his wife, of the second part and Charles Edwards of Mylor, made 26 Jan. 1774. Recites indenture between Charles Edwards of Penryn, gent., of the first part, Lawrence Williams of Exeter, baker, Margaret* his wife, John Carbin of Middlesex, mariner, Patience* his wife, John Tresidder of Mylor, gent., Johanna* his wife and Mary Ann Unger* of Penryn, spinster (*daughters & only children of Peter Unger), of the second part and John Thomas the younger of Falmouth, shipwright, of the third part, made 2 June 1779. Recites mortgage between John Thomas and Thomas Michell, John Trevenen and John Edwards, made 1 Jan. 1786.
