Bargain and sale by Robert Osberne of Kelmarsh, Esq, to Maurice Wade of Kelmarsh, yeoman, for an unspecified sum of money, of all the arable, meadow and pasture land in Kelmarsh within the bounds hereafter mentioned, viz all those lands meadows leys pastures soil and ground 164 acres, common of pasture in the East Field of Kelmarsh in one parcel of ground (except for Maurice Wade's freehold and glebe lands of the parish church of Kelmarsh), also a parcel of a lane called Goate Lane in Kelmarsh and a little close near to the mansion of John Wade, one of the sons of Maurice Wade, 1½ acres.
