Lease by Sir John Clopton of Clopton, Knt., to William Gibbs and William Horne of Bishopton, yeomen, of two closes in Clopton called Edkins Leasows containing 38 acres and two closes adjoining called Grove Leasowe containing 35 acres for 12 years, at a yearly rent of £40.
