Edward Harvey of Combe Nevil, esq., to Thomas Betts of the Inner Temple. gent., and John Higham of Hernards Inn, gent., that they may suffer a recovery to belevied by Thomas Spancer of Hugenden, gent., and Hugh his son and heir.

 

The house or farm where Spencer dwells, 35a., called Great and Little Maunden, Wynards Croft and Watering Deane, and also Berry Mead in West Wycombe, and the tithes of Hugenden.

 

Consideration £4500 paid by Spencer.
