Robert Gyll Abbot of Newham to Margaret wife of John Hore the elder and Richard their son.

 

Tenements called Wyllondes and Notteplace, land called Ov'lond, close called Strecheham, in Tithing of Cleyhill within manor of Axmynstr', now held by John Hore the elder for life, to Margaret for life, reversion to Richard for life, then to their heirs and executors for 70 years.

 

Rent 50s. 2d., heriot or farlev' (or farleu') 20s. suit to 2 courts leet at Axmynstr' annually tenants to repair, for which they are to have timber delivered by bailiff or wodeward, may have housebote, haybote, firebote and ploughbote from premises.

 

Convent has right of reentry if rent in arrears 6 months without sufficient distress.
