Carnarvon, Mayne, Baldwin and Spencer, to Daniel Harvey, esq., Elias, Mathew and Michael Harvey, merchants, all of London.

 

Berry Nead in West Wycombe, and tithes on the land of Thomas Lane esq., in occupation Thomas Widmer, gent., or Spencer, in Hugenden. as demised for 21 years, 21 May 1634, to Spencer and Widmer for £162 per annum, which shall continue payable to the feofees herein.
