Midd.), bootmaker (as trustees with power of sale under the settlement executed on the marriage of Alice Cowell (formerly Alice Marshall, spinster) with Jasper Cowell of Castle View, Steyning, architect, in respect of five eighth parts of the below mentioned property, (b) said Alice Cowell, (c) said Henry Marshall, as beneficial owner of two eighth parts, (d) said Alice Cowell and Henry Marshall as special devisees in trust under the will of Thomas Daniel Marshall late of 444 Oxford Street aforesaid in respect of the remaining one eighth part, (e) Ella Elizabeth Gibbs (w. of Harris Hornsby Gibbs, as in Add Mss 5410)
