Recites: By his will of 3rd January 1929 John Cook appointed Thomas Keens, George Street West, incorporated accountant; William Victor Samm, Caddington, farmer; and his two daughters Florence Laura Cook and Ethel Louise Cook(trustees)as executors and after making certain specific devises bequeathed all real estate and residue of personal estate to them upon trust so long as his said three daughters should remain unmarried and live together; John Cook died on 14th January 1929 and on 4th March 1929, his will was proved by the executors
