Surrey, yeoman (cousin and heir of John Shudd, late of Loxwood in Wisborough Green, yeoman, dec'd.); (b) Mary Shudd, of Haslemere, spinster (one of the daus. of the said John Shudd) and Thomas Sanderson, of Bittswell, co. Leics., M.A. (c) John Leggatt, of Lodsworth, yeoman, and John Hood, of Lawrence Poultney Hill, London, gent Recites intended marriage between the parties in (b) Capital messuage, with gardens, orchards, fish ponds, gaterooms, barns, buildings, land, meadows, pastures, coppice grounds, called Ushuds, Bedfoulds, Tilbies or Naldreds (150a.); barn, gateroom and closes called Headfelds Wood (16a.); messuage, barn, garden, orchard and closes called Perryses (10a.), in Wisborough Green and Kirdford, now in occ. of William Tribe, to the use of (a) until the said marriage, then to the use of the said Mary Shudd for life, then to the use of the said Thomas Sanderson, and their heirs, from (a) to (c) in trust for (b) Witnesses: Samuel Ayling, John Hipkin and James Osborne |
