Indenture Which witnesses that on Wed: next after the feast of Saints Vedast and Amand [6 Feb] this exchange was made, as follows between (1) Wm. Harding jnr and (2) Henry son of Adam de Crossely, viz: that (1) enfeoffs (2) and his heirs for ever with all that land arable and non arable with a meadow, lying in various places within the undermentioned bounds, which lands the said (1) had of the gift and feoffment of Richard Bolmor, David son of Felicia and Thos: Crossely; beginning, as far as Koldewalhul and so across as far as Hurelond and following Hurlelond as far as the corner of Hobbefeld and so following the hedge of Hobbefeld as far as the way which leads to le Cloude and so following the said way, back, as far as the messuage at one time of Secilie de Holay and so going down by the toft of land which belongs to the said messuage as far as the aforesaid le Koldewalhul, with 3 head-lands in the Sondfurlong between Gaytislond and Gyrgwene. And (2) [in exchange] enfeoffs (1) for every with all that land with a meadow which he has between the croft which once was of David de Lauton and the land once of John de Holay and which abutts on the Croft once of Cecil de Wynlegh, with two headlands above Wrenchekybbe and all the land of (2) in Midelhul and Sodewymerslegh with 4 headlands in Buggelautonesfeld on the Bikhallond and Thoranhallond and one headland [hallond] next the Probutts and another abutting on Buggelawtoneshock with all the land the said (2) held in Wasehaford of the gift of Adam de Crossely.
