Petition of the merchants and shipowners of Southampton, Poole, Weymouth, Malcombe Regis and the Isle of Wight to the Privy Council against the granting of a patent to Thos. Horth and his associates and the resultant charges on salt, as being prejudicial to the King's Customs and the petitioners' trade
