Moiety of - all messuages etc. in King Street in parish of St. Nicholas in Deptford, Kent. now or late in occups. of John Creasy, Thomas Beet, Thomas Lenham, Thomas Bennet, George Frank, Joseph Fletcher, John Frank, John Lindsay, Grace Hughesdon, Ralph Wardle, John Ward, Mary Muckintire, Daniel Reed, John Barber, Henry Goodwin, James Turney, Thomas Hartley, and Sarah Fenton and in messuages and cottages and gardens and appurts. in King Street, aforesaid in said parish of St. Nicholas in Deptford heretofore occups. Thomas Dudene, bricklayer, deced. and now or late of said John Lindsay as executor of said Thomas Dudene and in messuages and cottages with land gardens and appurts. in the upper town of Deptford in parish of St. Paul in Deptford now or late occup. Alexander Usborne and in 2 messuages or tenements with appurts. in parish of Snowshill in parish of St. Sepulchre in City of London now or late occups. John Wildon, porkman and William Crockett, water gilder and in manor of Havels otherwise Havels Fee in Garsington with appurts. and in 250 acres arable land and meadow in Garsington and in capital messuage or mansion house now or heretofore called the manor house belonging to said manor of Havels late in possess. of said William Wickham and now of said Ann Wickham and in messuage tenement or farm with appurts. now or heretofore called Radleys Chief Place and in 3 orchards now or heretofore called Harpers Close, Pigeon Close and the orchard adjoin. to the Grove and the gardens in said Grove containing by estimation 15 acres and in 250 acres meadow or pasture ground in common fields of Garsington to the said last mentioned farm belonging and in piece of arable now or heretofore called the piece adjoining to the said farm now or heretofore called Radleys Chief Place containing 20 acres and in piece of ground now or heretofore called Great Sideling containing 12 acres and in piece or ground now or heretofore called Little Sideling containing 3 acres and in piece of ground now or heretofore called Church Close containing 16 acres and in piece of ground now or heretofore called Furzy Close 8 acres and in 5 acres of meadow part in a meadow now or heretofore called Humblebrooke and in 2 acres of meadow in meadow now or heretofore called Dunstead in the north end of Garsington with common of pasture for 100 beast on a common now or heretofore called Highmead otherwise Haymead and in cottage tenement or dwellinghouse with appurts. now late or heretofore occup. John Druce and in garden thereunto belonging containing 2 roods and in cottage tenement or dwellinghouse with appurts. now or late or heretofore occup. Edward Bacon containing 1 acre and in cottage tenement or dwellinghouse with appurts. now late or heretofore occup. Edward Wallington and in garden or orchard thereunto belonging containing ½ acre and in messuage tenement or dwellinghouse with 12 acres land belonging with common of pasture for 2 beasts in Haymeadow aforesaid now late or heretofore occup. John Pokins and in cottage tenement or dwellinghouse and orchard containing 3 acres and common of pasture for 2 beasts in hay meadow now late or heretofore occup. John Cookow and in cottage tenement or dwellinghouse with appurts. now late or heretofore occup. Widow Pimm and in cottage tenement or dwellinghouse with appurts. now late or heretofore occup. Edward Robinson all which said manor etc. are in parish of Garsington and in piece of meadow or pasture with appurts. called Chibney otherwise Chibbenhurst Meadow in parish of Cuddesdon containing 25 acres as the same was and now is or lately was divided by a rail one moiety whereof was formerly occup. Mary Wickham deced. and the other now is or late or heretofore was occup. Thomas Quatermain and in little meadow containing 1½ acres in said parish of Cuddesdon and now late or heretofore occup. Richard Smith and in 3 ayotts with appurts. now late or heretofore occup. said Richard Smith with right of fishing in River of Thame called the Thames Stream all which last mentioned premises are in Chibbenhurst otherwise Chibneys and in messuage or tenement and 2 yard lands belonging with appurts. in Garsington which were purchased by said William Wickham of Edward Davis and by lease and release of 9 and 10 Oct. 1755 conveyed to said William Wickham and in yearly free farm or other rent of £6 payable out of the Rectory of East Chynnocke, Somerset and in yearly fee farm or other rent of £2.18.4.¾d. payable out of the manor of East Chynnocke with appurts. and in yearly fee farm or other rent of £9.12.11d. from the Rectory of St. Mary Magdalen, Taunton, Somerset and in yearly fee farm or other rent £3.4s. out of manor of Clowesworth, Somerset

 

In consideration of 5/- each to 1a. 1d. paid by 2. 1. lease the premises to 2. for term of one year
